2026 Shed Proxy and ACC Guidelines
Please contact the Board if you would like a proxy for the January 17th meeting - if you will not be attending the meeting, please provide a proxy for a vote on your behalf.
There will be a second meeting in January before the annual meeting. Schedule is pending. However, it will be at the Department of Public Works office in Brooksville again. It was recommended to have a total of 4 speed humps. The new drawing and contribution amount per lot will be included in the next letter/meeting notification.

**UPDATE** We are still waiting on the County to provide the notice for the second meeting. Unfortunately, it will not be before our annual meeting. Please keep checking for updates. I will post here, on Facebook page, and on the boards once the notice has been received.**
